Nanny / house keeper - united kingdom, devonport

We are looking for a friendly nanny to help look after our two boys (aged 2 and 2 weeks!). we own and run a guest house and restarant so we are looking for someone who can also undertake housekeeping duties. from march we can offer accomodation with the role. we are looking for around 15-20hrs of house keeping work and 15-20hrs of nanny support. we are looking for someone who has had first hand experience looking after children and baby's. some cooking skills a plus but most importantly we are looking for someone who is great with kids, friendly and can fit into a new family easily. we live on a beautiful part of rural devon.
