qualifications:                                                                                          


•  must have a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.  if foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a physical therapist entry-level education in the u.s. by a credentials evaluation organization approved by the apta.

•  active state license required.

•  excellent organizational and time management skills.

•  excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•  possess current working knowledge of functional pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.

•  active cpr certification.

•  annual physical and tb skin tests required.
