strategy planning and operations team - heading up revenue operations for labs as a whole

revenue operations function was centralized to manage process improvement and efficiency, integration and automation in go to market process, provides 3rd party analytics side of things, managed upkeep and improvement of those processes across the start ups

tactical needs to manage the systems - alleviate the workflow in the silo of rev ops

this role will split time between automation projects, new integrations and implementations, and providing end user support for our saas applications or platforms; including troubleshooting, monitoring, and administration. they participate in the planning and documentation of policies and procedures to ensure system implementation, design, and maintenance consistent with company goals, industry standard methodologies, and fidelity requirements. responsibilities include:

operations associate  who has admin experience in sales force, snot looking for someone on the backend, we need someone to help build documentation in the sales process, gen process, advertising in , it has some tech based but in a support non tech focus team

(for dev/engineering roles) what coding languages are required for this job? what specifically will they need to develop using these? (api's, ui, integration, migration, etc.): detail oriented - dealing with complex back ends of systems where every detail matters

             saas ops professional with 3+ years of    experience

ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts in user friendly document processes and internal work flows -strong communication skills hubspot, salesforce, stripe - salesforce is the biggest do not need certified salesforce admin - admin experience in salesforce (building processes, editing page layouts)

we are look for someone to join our growing revenue operations team. this role will split time between automation projects, new integrations and implementations, and providing end user support for our saas applications or platforms; including troubleshooting, monitoring, and administration. they participate in the planning and documentation of policies and procedures to ensure system implementation, design, and maintenance consistent with company goals, industry standard methodologies, and fidelity requirements. responsibilities include:

configure, monitor, and maintain saas systems build and maintain documentation for applications, processes, and procedures perform incident management (troubleshooting) and develop response procedures to ensure they are addressed appropriately manage end user accounts, permissions, and access recommend, schedule, and perform system improvements, upgrades, and re-configurations transmit data between systems with automation assist in implementing new saas applications advise business on new and existing saas systems to reduce waste in cost or time management work closely with revops team to ensure the tech stack is full aligned with the needs of our partners and enables them to be always efficient and savvy

the expertise and skills you bring

saas ops professional with 3+ years of experience experience with salesforce, hubspot, pardot, microsoft bi, microsoft excel project management and communication skills including creating and maintaining documentation implementing new systems working multi-functional to support all partners systems expert with deep understanding and experience with integrations and data management standard methodologies problem-solver who can help identify and own projects that help automate manual work for partners ability to present ideas and solutions in “user-friendly” language
