My client is recognised as the leading provider of public wifi solutions, powering many of the biggest brands and specialising in healthcare, transportation and retail markets. they are also a major player in providing patient entertainment systems in the healthcare sector. due to expansion and growth they are looking to hire a contracts and governance administrator. this role is reporting directly to the contracts manager, it is an essential function and will utilise the core business processes that underpin the smooth running of the company. as contracts and governance administrator you will split your time between two essential parts of the company. firstly, you will ensure that all contract data is accurate and up to date in the erp, and documents are present and stored appropriately. you will ensure everyone is supplied with the data and information they require and will carry out daily actions to ensure data integrity is maintained, process contract data, and associated documentation, and ensure all company procedures are adhered to. secondly, you will play an essential role in governance activities by making sure the company documents format is respected for all iso official documents. you will be the instigator of the iso documents approval process in sharepoint. you will also ensure the documents owners are updating and approving their documents in a timely manner. as a contracts and governance administrator you will engage with every layer of the company, the successful applicant will have great communication skills, and a confident and engaging personality. this is an exciting role offering a fantastic career opportunity for someone interested in world of governance and compliance. as such is it best suited to someone with a logical mind, taking pride in things being ordered correctly and following due process. the role is full time and there is a requirement to work from the exeter office for 1-2 days per week, or as required. required skills for the contracts and governance administrator: ?? excellent english and maths ?? highly organised and process driven ?? time management and planning ?? data management ?? computer literate ?? knowledge of office365 suite nice to have ?? knowledge of sharepoint ?? knowledge of netsuite ?? understanding of iso 9001/27001 ?? understanding of data associated with contracts duties and responsibilities - contract data ?? contract data input and maintenance in the erp ?? organisation and maintenance of contract documents ?? handling contract data requests and queries ?? collating data and compiling reports ?? data housekeeping and distribution essential for the sales process ?? processing the contract documentation for sales closures, including internal, and external documents. duties and responsibilities - governance ?? manage the format of the iso documentation ?? manage the approval process for iso documentation ?? engage with iso document owners to confirm document validity personal attributes ?? collaborative / team player / good communicator ?? problem solver / quality-focused /driven by continuous improvement ?? creative / innovative / passionate benefits for the contracts and governance administrator: ?? holidays: 22 days + 5 days (bank holidays) to allocate at your leisure + 3 days for christmas boxing day and new year = 30 days holiday per year including bank holidays. ?? company healthcare scheme ?? life assurance ?? bonus scheme ?? gym membership ?? company pension scheme ?? home working equipment will be provided
