kforce is seeking a remote senior principal software engineer (node, .net)/architect for their client in ada, oklahoma (ok). summary: as an engineer/architect in our growing engineering team, you will bring a track record of success building multiple high-performance, stable, and scalable systems that solve complex business and engineering problems. the ideal candidate has been a pivotal engineering front-runner with a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a drive to see successful solutions bring value to your team and business. as a significant influencer in your team's strategy, you must have contributed substantially to team planning, and exercise good judgment, drive for innovation and results, and are a collaborative leader and mentor. you are at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision and embody a passion for continuous improvement and test-driven development. responsibilities: perform design reviews for intricate systems within your team and across other engineering teams practice taking a broad view of the platform, influencing software, operations, and planning decisions regularly advise on matters of software performance, scalability, system architecture, and engineering best practices work closely with product/program management, engineering leadership, quality assurance (qa), and design to help bring the best technical experiences to production; collaborate with partner teams to meet the engineering goals in a unified manner implement new features and functionality in react, node.js, and .net as needed manage auditing compliance requirements write unit and automation tests and contribute to our ci/cd (continuous integration/continuous delivery) capabilities participate actively in scrum ceremonies including planning, grooming, standups share on-call/escalation responsibilities with your team promote professional growth in self and teammates

requirements:
