positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining and documenting all enhancements and processes related to internal software product. provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. makes recommendations based on the analysis and provides explanations for output results as needed.

primary responsibilities:
design, develop, maintain, and support programming enhancements related to an internal software product design, develop, maintain, and support reports, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for the software product identify, create project plans, code, and implement software enhancements support documentation and training team produce and publish scheduled reports, dashboards, and metrics based on defined schedules provide explanations for reporting results as necessary assess, interpret, and document customer needs and business requirements collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers solves complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks translates concepts into practice via design, coding, and maintenance of assigned software provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues acts as a technical resourceyou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
required qualifications:
