HireArt is looking to hire high-energy, customer service focused people who are bilingual in Mandarin and English to take on a multifaceted, support role, on-site at our client's New York office on an on-going, contract basis. Our client, a rapidly expanding rideshare startup, is looking to build out their team of enterprising self-starters to support their partners, the heart of their operations.

In this role you'll assist current and potential partners while providing excellent customer service. You'll manage partner accounts and ensure their experience is top-notch. You'll also ensure partners are receiving a world class education on our client's products and services, so that partners are enabled to do their very best.

As Support Specialist (Mandarin), you will:

Speak with Mandarin and English speaking partners face-to-face, to help improve their first experience and manage their accounts Thrive in a fast-paced environment while tackling an array of customer issues Become an expert on the services and product suite Deliver above-and-beyond customer service to partners Provide feedback on even the smallest trends and pain points and brainstorm solutions to improve the customer experience

Nice to have:

Previous customer service experience College coursework/degree Ability to problem solve and think on your feet, with analytical skills a huge, huge plus Demonstrated record of entrepreneurial achievement and/or leadership a plus You are available to work some Saturdays

Commitment: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt and based in Long Island City, NY. This role will be remote until September 2021, then you will be required to work on-site in Long Island City.
