Patient Service Representative-Medical Call Center

Busy Medical Office in Tarzana is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, personable, and enthusiastic individual for a position in our patient care department.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and committed to delivering stellar customer service to all our patients. The Patient Service Representative is expected to handle multiple tasks at once and maintain accuracy and professionalism at all times

• Prior experience within a call center

• Highly organized with detailed follow-up skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated written communication skills.
• Self-starter, self-disciplined, and able to work unsupervised.
• An excellent work ethic and sharp organizational skills.
• The ability to follow through on projects from start to finish

Basic Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma (or the equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment. Plus experience in the Medical Services industry is a plus
• Data entry experience
• Basic computer skills that include experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Bilingual a Plus (but not required)
